Our process is full circle, local production, and we mill, mash, ferment, and distill it all within our facility. Including an upscale, Italian-inspired kitchen featuring wood-fired pizzas, a craft cocktail bar, and 275 person event and wedding venue, we offer an elite and contemporary dining experience for the western Wisconsin region. We offer weekly tours and tastings of our distillery.
