400 Gradi is an Italian restaurant concept hailing from Melbourne, Australia and founded by renowned chef Johnny Di Francesco. Pastas, gnocchi, bread, stocks and sauces are all made in-house and include selections such as the ever-popular Gnocchi di Luigi - house-made pasta served with napoli and ricotta, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese - traditional meat ragu, pappardelle ai funghi, truffle creamy sauce topped with greated truffle pecorino toscano. We also have 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza and use specially formulated water from a company called 'Artisan H2O' that replicates the water qualities found in Naples.
