When restaurant people stare at a big brick building with a garage interior next to a parking lot that screams out “fun!”, they can’t help but think “Barbeque!”. And real BBQ fans can’t help but think “Texas!” and “wood burning!” and … well… “fun!”, so that’s what we decided to do. At 317 BBQ, we take a Hoosier approach to Texas-style barbecue by offering all your favorite side dishes paired with real, hard-wood smoked barbecue. For now, we are carryout & delivery only; however, this spring, we will provide the perfect atmosphere for the entire community to come and experience scratch cooked food, craft beer and the connection we've so sorely missed during COVID.
