Inspired by the wonderful & rich heritage of our Italian neighborhood, The Hill, we brewed this slightly modern take of an Italian Pilsner. Using traditional pilsner malt & dry hopped slightly with Tettnanger & Mittelfrüh - this Bella Birra has notes of dough, flora, fauna with a slight bitterness that rounds out its light body. 11 years ago we said we'd never make a Pumpkin Spiced Beer. Things Change. Here's a Golden Ale brewed with honey & biscuit malt, pumpkin, vanilla beans, ground nutmeg, ginger root & cinnamon. Slightly sweet with lovely pumpkin spice notes, while keeping it's lovely golden ale base present6.5% abv

Bridget is our foeder aged American Style Farmhouse Ale with Brettanomyces Lambicus. Soft, tart and refreshing, it's Katy's lil' sister beer with a touch more oak. 5.4%

Katy is our Solera Method Foeder Aged Farmhouse Ale. We remove 50-75% of a batch of Katy from the foeder when it's ready, and then rebrew a fresh batch to blend with the aged batch left in the foeder tank. The resulting beer is a mixture of aged beer & sour levels and the reason why Katy batches can vary from release to release. 

A collaboration brew with our friends down the street at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co.! This hazy IPA was generously dry hopped with Elixer, Motueka, Krush & Simcoe hops then blended with our Katy Farmhouse Brett Beer that was aged for 1 year. Bright, hoppy and a ray of sunshine in the colder winter months

Triple Dry Hopped with Idaho 7, Citra & Simcoe hops, this Imperial India Pale Ale is a JUICE BOMB. Huge aromas of pineapple, mango, gooseberry & citrus dominate this golden hazy DIPA with soft notes of citrus and peach complimenting the flavors. We'd be Dissatisfied if you didn't enjoy this beer as much as we do8%

Layered with just the right amount of toasted coconut and dry hopped with Idaho 7, Citra & Simcoe hops, this variant of our classic Dissatisfied Hazy DIPA brings a lovely pina colada-esque charm to accompany the notes of pineapple, mango, gooseberry & citrus8%

Named for the 1971 Monte Carlo convertible restored by owner Steve Crider and his dad, this smooth & rich oatmeal milk stout has notes of bittersweet chocolate, roasted coffee & light fudge. A smooth beer named for a smooth ride!

Coconut Lovers Unite! We used a stout base & added coconut, almond and Ghirardelli Chocolate to make this candy bar inspired beer.Think of this beer more as a dark chocolate Almond Joy. Bitter chocolate notes with soft coconut and almond that follows.

Silhouette is a rich & robust Russian Style Imperial Stout with notes of roasted malt, unsweetened chocolate, roasted coffee beans & dried red fruit. Brewed to be more dry & toasty than it's American Imperial Stout counterpart, the robust mouthfeel gives this rich stout a lovely velvet finish9.1% abv

A rich & chewy American Style Imperial Stout with notes of molasses, fudge, bittersweet chocolate & roasted barley. One of the very first beer's released by our wee little brewery, the evolution of this beer has been a fun ride - from a lil 7% stout to the 11.5% rich and velvety stout it is today

Our rich & chewy American Style Imperial Stout blended with Living Millennially Roasters coffee beans.We first met Paige & Caleb via our enormously talented Creative Director Candyce who helped design one of their incredibly unique coffee bag in 2023. Since that meeting, they've gone on to win best roaster several times, open up their own brick and mortar in Waterloo, IL and continue to sell out at local STL Farmer's Markets. We were incredibly fortunate to work with them with this year's first batch of Coffee LSD. Not only are Patrick & Crew wonderful human beings, the care and love that goes into their attention to the beans, from growth to harvest to roast is evident. The 2nd in this year's batches of Coffee LSD's brings a rich chewy fudge bomb with big bitter espresso notes. A collaboration with our friends at Switchgrass Spirits - Volume 1 of the new series of "River des Peres Row Crew" member included beers is an absolutely phenomenal barrel aged stout. Using a new, richer base stout we aged this beer in Switchgrass bourbon barrels for 20 months. The result is a lovely libation that has bourbon heat on the nose, rich chocolate, vanilla & cherry flavors and a semi-sweet/dry finish40 cases produced

Aged for 20 months each in Still 630 Rally Point Rye & Still 630 Missouri Straight Bourbon BarrelsThe nose of this bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout lends notes of baking spices, vanilla & Nesquik bittersweet chocolate powder. With a lighter & drier mouthfeel the liquid has baked cherry in chocolate notes backed with bourbon barrel char & a spritz root beer like finish (our staff's current favorite stout of this recent release)11.7% abv. 35 cases total produced

With bourbon notes present from the nose to the finish, the lovely sweet chai melds harmoniously with the cinnamon & coffee flavors of the beer.
