Summer Seasonal is a Kölsch style beer.

Light body pale fizzy lager.

Bat Outta Helles is a classic lager style beer with a great hop to malt balance and a crisp hop finish. There are subtle notes of apples, pepper, grass and pine.

An easy-drinking, straw-golden hefeweizen with a rich mouthfeel & notes of banana & cloves.

Not too sweet and not too nutty, our flagship beer is a well balanced, full bodied cream ale. Its malt forward flavor is met with a subtle honey aroma and a smooth praline-like finish.

Santo is a black Kölsch, which technically doesn’t exist as a style, but this is as close as we can come to describing it. Essentially it is brewed using a Kölsch recipe with the addition of Munich and black malt. It is light bodied and floral yet with a distinct dark malt flavor.

A smooth, balanced beer with an assertive citrusy hop profile, a touch of caramel sweetness and color, and an appropriate malt backbone to support it.

A blend of bittersweet apples and dessert apples with Texas honey to create a delicious cider with a hint of sweet.

Vienna-style lager with balanced flavor & a mild toasty maltiness.

This wine in light to medium-bodied displays aromas and flavors of lemon, tangy apricot and freshly cut grass

This wine showcases aromas and flavors of apple and tropical fruit and features a pleasant soft finish. This Chardonnay is medium bodied, crisp with a good acidity, dry and complex.

Aged in all stainless steel to capture the exotic fruit characters. This wine smells of honeydew melon, white flowers, and a hint of almond. In the mouth, gorgeous citrus character conveys flavors of pear, grapefruit blossom, and melon.

On the nose, gardenia, orange flowers and spice. On the palate, tropical fruit, sweet notes of citrus and honey.

An Italian grape made in homage to our favorite Chianti table wines of Tuscany. Notes of red licorice, black cherry cola, and bright balsamic strawberry. The wine ages in natural French oak, adding a beautiful texture that brings further depth and richness to this wine.

On the nose, Cedar, vanilla, herbs with notes of blackberry and dried cherry. On the palate, Rich smooth tannins, black cherry, thyme and herbs.

Red fruit, tannin and clove with hints of dark chocolate.

Fruit forward, generous black cherry flavors come through this wonderful Texas Cabernet. This is a versatile wine that pairs well with food or enjoyed in a social setting.

Elegant and fruit-forward with classic flavors of red currant, blackberry and cassis. Silky tannins and flavors of vanilla and clove round out the lengthy finish.
