Disappointed that I went through the drive thru this morning and had to go wait out front for my order for 5 minutes. The sad part of it is that I had to go in and get it and seen it sitting on the counter. My cappuccino was cold and the ice cap was already separating. Always friendly service at the window with a smile, but what is a drive thru for? Not for waiting and then going in to get your own purchase. Phoned and said my peace but also felt brushed off. I know the time is a big for Tim Hortons employees but so should customer service.
Zero to service. I ordered a haberano chicken wrap today and it was half the wrap it ate always ie the quantity stuff inside was too low it didn't even had the sauce the basic ingredient. And they refused to remake the order it never ever happened in canada with me never. Zero ro service
It was very late, and I expected there to be barely any donuts available, but was wrong and there were lots of different kinds still available, and still fresh. Parking: Loads of parking spots and plenty of wheelchair parking spots as well.
