Subway

They force you to use self service kiosk which I hate…..so you don’t get to talk them through exactly how you want your ‘custom’ sandwich….. and they forgot my southwest sauce (it’s on my receipt)….. imagine having a foot long BMT with no south west sauce ….. criminal…. They should be arrested!!

The most terrible service ever!! The staff there were irresponsible, rude and arrogant to their customers!!!! I used to enjoy subway in general but this shop just broke all of it. Same as everyone else - it used to be you get a question of what you want. Now, the first question is that how you want to pay. Unbelievable!! Never ever say you want to use card as you will be treated as a second tier customer and use the screen. That staff called Teddy - the most horrible service ever! Enjoy talking to their colleagues and laugh and pay little attention to their customers and even show discriminating face to me. I complained to Subway already and will never pop into this store.

The staff force you to use self service even when the place is empty, the self service machines are not fit for purpose, my order still requires me to deal with a human being (the same human being that’s doing nothing whilst I’m inputting my order to the machine) and takes twice aslong as making the actual sandwich would. Safe to say I walked out never to return again and visited somewhere else near by that was happy to serve me face to face and accepted cash too… bonus.

What have Subway done! Not only do you have to order manually but they have cover over the glass that has the food on show! That was the big selling point of actually seeing the food that was on offer to temp you! Just doesn’t cut it anymore!

The first staff not let me even finish what I was asking, I been pushedto use the shelf -screen. I ordered nachos with salsa and cheese. Nachos was served cold. Cheese? I could not even see chees in it. I'm very very disappointed. Also, I ordered cheese bites, and these cheese bites have never been baked. They served as Raw Dough. Only warm up. I'm done with Subway after this experience.

Same issue as everyone else. Walked into an empty shop and was told to use self service. Some other bloke walked in after me, and got served first via the till, when asked was told that it was because he was paying cash. Then when my order was completed, the guy (who was a bit rude) on the counter said I needed to specify what salad I wanted on the self serve too. They've even blanked off the window into the salad area so that you can't see it! Subway and me are done.

They recently changed to a screen order system like other fast food places but it doesn't work at subway. I made my normal order but since I couldn't specify how much I wanted of toppings or sauces it had way too much sauce on which ruined it. I hope not all subways will use this system as it ruins the whole "have it your way" advertising.

the worst ever service we have experienced in subway, they have changed to self service and we pressed the wrong check out button without customized the salad. when they call our number, we can't add the salad on my chicken sandwich. it's ridiculous. A chicken sandwich with only bread and chicken

Terrible service Recommend, do not come here. Someone got a terrible attitude. And terrible customer service. The name is. Mohi He is a supervisor. Do not go anywhere near him. He cleans down way too early. And it 8 o'clock shut. He starts cleaning down starts at 4.pm And it locks the toilets. When people got a medical decondition. He doesn't care about it. And it's not very clean inside.
