I was just visiting Columbus and was wanting some food to eat on my way home and was super excited for Subway. I ordered my order online and whenever I got to the store, they told me that my order didn’t go through their computer however, it already had been taken out of my bank account, all of this was fine, but whenever I was trying to figure out what I should do next or how to be able to fix it I was given very rude attitude, no one wanted to help me. I literally left the store, crying my eyes out because of how the service staff just made me feel. . I normally don’t leave Google reviews but I really feel like this was worth mentioning, considering I had such a terrible time.
