I recently visited this shop of Pret a Manger and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the quality of their food and beverages, but this particular visit left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the store, I ordered a caramel blonde drink. I specifically requested that my drink be served without ice, a simple modification that I believe I am entitled to as a customer. However, the lady who served me, whom I believe to be of Latin descent and had blonde hair, responded to my request in an aggressive manner. She adamantly refused to accommodate my simple request, leading to a lengthy argument. The situation escalated to the point where I was considering contacting customer service to address the issue. Finally, after much back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to provide me with my drink. However, to my dismay, she only filled the cup to about three-quarters of its capacity. This entire experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that every customer should be treated with courtesy and have their reasonable requests accommodated. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit.
