Hey y'all, let me tell you about Hank's Crawfish joint – it's a real gem! If you're into down-home Southern cooking, this place is a must-try. First off, the star of the show at Hank's is undoubtedly their crawfish. Oh man, they're something else! Cooked up just right, packed with flavor, and oh-so-tender. It's the kind of stuff that makes you wanna slap your mama (but don't actually do that, okay?). Their garlic sauce is the bomb, you'll be licking your fingers clean, I promise. But that's not all – their shrimp etouffee? . I like the way they make it creamy, spicy, and not too much salty. If you are a fan of raw oysters like me, do yourself a big favor and order at least two dozens – fresh as can be, and perfect with a squeeze of lemon, some cocktail sauce and their special sour sauce. The service is excellent. Wendy, our waitress, is a total rockstar. Super friendly, always has a smile on her face, and makes you feel right at home. Big thumbs up for Wendy! Overall, if you're craving some good ol' Cajun comfort food, head on over to Hank's Crawfish. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee it.
Order on the phone in front of the restaurant( 2lbs of crawfish) was told that my order would be ready for pick up in 15-25 min. I said ok and drive the gas station right next door. The restaurant called me back 2 min later and told me my food was ready. I asked was he sure because I just order it he said yes. I come back to the window and he said the kitchen wasn’t busy but the parking lot was packed. When I got my order the crawfish were cold and soft to the point that the head would fall apart when you twisted it off. Very nasty and a waste of $24
