Dishoom Birmingham

Our server, Alan, was brilliant. He remembered the entire menu by heart and as soon as I mentioned my peanut allergy, he showed us which dishes I couldn't have. It was impressive to see someone so knowledgeable and attentive. He treated us with respect, which is unfortunately rare in many places nowadays. The food was also very tasty and authentic. I loved it! Parking: There is a parking place very near to this location, just a 3-minute walk away.

Omg my first visit and it will not be my last. Wow the food was incredible, we had a selection of mains and starters for a table of 9 The stand outs for me were, chilli chicken, prawn koliwada, lamb Chop and stand out dish was the house black Daal, it really was incredible so creamy and full of flavour. I was too busy enjoying the atmosphere and service, that I didn't really take any photos! Outstanding place for good vibes, great food, and drink with perfect service.

Went for my friend's birthday. The service was amazing, thanks to our server, Kim :). All the food we had was very tasty, however for the prices thought it was not worth it and was overpriced. Small portions. The lamb chops were nothing special and with the curries etc. Had to order rice and naan as they did not come with the dishes. We had biryani, chicken Ruby, lamb chops, chaat, chef special Prawn, prawn side dish, Broccoli veg side dish, potatoes. If you are NHS worker you get unlimited chai for free. As I don't drink chai they agreed to give me a coffee for free instead, which was nice. My friend had a dairy intolerance so she chose from that menu.

Best indian restaurant I have ever been to. Every dish made to perfection. We ordered 6-7 dishes with appetizers and all were amazing! Spices just right. Their naan bread if perfect as well. A must visit place for sure!

Attentive staff, tasty food and an enjoyable experience.

Disappointed with the experience. Pricy items, small for the price, items not available. Taste is just usual. Difficult to access

Excellent food, Excellent service Wonderful decor. Looks just like the inside of an old Indian railway station.

Great food, but expensive. Great to visit as a one off, but more suited to corporate budget or special occasions. Only let down with service was main dishes were brought before starters were finished.

So consistently good and service getting better and better
