Walmart Supercenter

Check out is horrible. Everything on my list was available at competitive prices. Employees were friendly and helpful. Need more cashiers. Self check out is just too hard and miserable. Thus I go to Walmart only once every two months.

girl in the electronics area was rude and unhelpful. came in to get disposable cameras developed (that i bought HERE) and she said they don’t do that here. when we asked if it was all walmarts that stopped she just said “i don’t know” and didn’t offer to look it up or call another store. bad customer service. also don’t sell disposables if you stopped developing them.

Team lead Amanda and the customer service associates require additional training in both proper procedures and customer service. As evidenced by the screenshot from the Walmart website, if I use a debit card as my original payment, I should have the option to receive cash back without any issues. Yet, despite my efforts, Amanda had the audacity to yell across customer service, stating, "Ma'am, we gave you your money back so you can have a nice day." It's truly bewildering to me. Not everyone is dishonest or attempting to scam the system.

Please train and staff appropriately. I waited half an hour in the only line that was open- the cashier had to have customer assistance on every fresh produce item code, matching it like a bad preschool game to the cashier’s master code list. When another line was finally opened I waited 20min there, the cashier couldn’t tell the difference between a negative and positive balance… He also took my fresh produce items out of their bags to find the codes. That was quicker than the other cashier’s method, but he had his bare hands all over my food! I couldn’t find standard indoor extension cords in the hardware section so I asked someone there who directed me to electronics. Nope, not there either. I gave up. Sadly, this is not unusual at this Walmart. I normally drive an extra 10min to a different one that is much better staffed. Today I thought I’d try this closer one again in case they’d improved. It’s Saturday morning when a lot of people are shopping so I figured they’d be staffed. Nope. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Walmart. There are many to choose from and most are staffed better than this one.
