I found myself stranded in town and while my truck was being serviced I needed a place to stay. Without a reservation I was able to get a room at the Glenmore Inn and Ms Krystela and the staff were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I had a wonderful time staying there and enjoyed their amenities. Besides the usual pool and hot tub there were 3 different dining locations in the building. Easy, no fuss parking and incredible service all around. I will stay here again should I find myself in Calgary again. Thanks to Krystela and all the wonderful staff.

Cindy T is amazing. She has been helping my organization with events for years. Every year our clients can't wait to come back. I must mention the food there is soo, good, taste full and affordable! Thank you!

Lots of amenities, and great service. Sure it’s dated but the front desk was professional, breakfast was solid, pool was good. We had a major malfunction with our room and front desk and management was responsive and empathetic and made it right.

This review is about the Easter dinner buffet on Sunday, March 31st/24. We were there for the 5pm sitting and while waiting to check in I noticed none of the chairs had arms, which is problematic for me as I have mobility issues. I asked a passing server if there were any chairs with arms available. She gave me an abrupt, "no" and walked off. The second person I asked was more polite and accommodating. She said she would find me one after everyone was seated. Our table was right in front of the kitchen entrance (no door) with garbage cans and dirty dish trolley in plain view beside us. We asked to move to another table and were directed to a nearby spot with our backs to the clatter and mess of the kitchen. The new location also solved the problem of the armless chairs as it was right by the fence and I could help myself up with that, however my seat was right in line with the bright sun shining in the upper windows and a nearby umbrella moved towards our table didn't help much. Now for the food. The hot turkey (the real deal, not pressed) and beef were excellent, as were the mashed potatoes, gravy and mixed veggies. The Yorkshire pudding and buns were not in the warming trays and should have been. I didn't try the seafood or salads, so on to the desserts. There were several options but none of them labeled, so other diners were asking each other, do you know if this has nuts, if this is cheesecake, what's in that bowl by the ice cream, etc. Simple labels would be helpful and would solve the problem of allergies and diet restrictions. And that kitchen door? Simple swing doors or even a bamboo or cloth covering would do wonders; who wants to pay $50 to dine by kitchen refuse? Another mobility issue: the ramp from the dining area to the buffet was very steep and obviously added later than the original build. Others also commented that it was too steep to do down but okay to go up. Will I be back? Not likely. Too many negatives and too many better choices. Food & drinks: See above post

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Was told it would be a $50 deposit over the phone. Booked the room over their website and when I showed up it was a $200 deposit. Was belittled and talked down to by staff. Spent an hour trying to get checked in, as staff struggled to figure out how my card worked. Spent another hour trying to get my deposit back. Staff was unfriendly and inconsiderate of me and my questions. They couldn't answer any of my questions and When I asked to speak to a manager or the accountant, I was asked, "specifically what I was looking for". Like asking to speak to the manager isn't self explanatory! Basically was refused the option of speaking to a manager by staff. They were rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who want to enjoy themselves. Left the hotel without my deposit being returned to me. Called to ask to speak to manager and was asked the same question. I'm at a loss for words. Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel.
