Great ambiance and sumptuous food. We had an amazing customer service experience as the manager treated as with a free cake and ice cream for our 16th anniversary. Our lovely server, Jess, did a great job as well! Highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

One of our meals was not what was expected, and its replacement wasn't too satisfactory. The bar stools now appearing everywhere seem poorly thought out in this restaurant. The tables in this place were too high for comfortable eating, and the hockey stick forks made an awkward situation worse. Cute and funny signs throughout are a good touch, but they should offer chopsticks for those who have difficulty with those fork things!

Jordyn - we got here at open. She was our server and fantastic! Gave great recommendations, super fast with our drinks and just an overall pleasure. Would come back for sure….gonna ask for her again.

One more review,,, wow,,, what a disappointment. Please teach the bar staff how to pour a proper Guinness. Not likely to be back. Update to previous review: I would say it is nice when a business listens and actually does something. Thank you. And to top it all off, hired a new bartender and is an amazing addition to the staff. Cassandra rocks and has a personality to match. Thank you,,,, is why we come back,,,,,,, As expected with this chain all good. Only suggestion,,,, learn and train steff proper pour for a Guinness,,, highest price on the rail deserves a proper pour. Or take it off the rail,

Made a reservation on the app for 5:30, then got a confirmation back saying it was for 5. Rushed there and showed up at 5:10, waited until 5:17 and were told we had missed the grace period and could only be seated if we left within an hour. Hostess was rude. Never coming back here again.
