Extremely delicious vegan options with the stellar mushroom soup (I loved the tiny whole mushrooms inside the pureed soup) and the vegan version of the famous avocado toast. Wow. Atmosphere was peaceful and matter of fact at the same time, service was efficient and kind both when dishes were served and when the plates were removed. What a lovely spot to eat good food. This one goes straight into my bookmarks. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and a couple of vegan options
By far the best bakery in sf, we got the banana cream pie which was so so so good words can’t even explain. Aswell as the almond croissant which was amazing. The last thing we got was the bread and butter which was literally to die for, even thought it was just bread and butter it was so perfect and good! I would definitely say this is the best bakery in the city without any doubt.
Lives up to the hype! IMO, the Smoked Salmon Tartine and the Pressed Ham & Gruyère Sandwich are the can't miss highlights of the menu.
Updated to five stars. For brunch, it can be a bit noisy/crowded, but it's now than made up for by the quality of the food. Past dinner review: Heard really good things, but my pasta dish was overcooked. The drinks were good, though, as were basics like the bread (of course the bread). I'll update if I have a better experience best time.
Tartine Manufactory is a gem in the heart of San Francisco! I couldn't resist indulging in their famous morning bun, and it lived up to its reputation with its buttery layers and hint of cinnamon. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some freshly baked treats.
Gave this joint the 5 stars....this place was great. The pastries were top notch, I loved the apple hand pie and the brisket hash was very good. I am a simple man, ordinarily, but this place was extraordinary. Go get ya some!!
