Pieminister Manchester

Me and my friend wanted to try this place today as the food looks very nice, however when we arrived we found that the shutter was pulled across the door but the lights were still on in the building. The shop didn't look closed because of all the lights that were on and no shutters were down just a partly pulled across shutter so I decided to call, the phone answered right away and I spoke to a guy who informed me they had a power outage but would reopen in an hour or so. Fine but then he decided to be smart, cocky, aragant and smarmy! ..'so yeah that's why the door is locked and the shutter is pulled across so people can't get in' whilst laughing..! Everything was fine until he made this comment, I didn't realise I was supposed to know there was a power outage with no sign on the door and absolutely no indication...my bad! - Won't be returning.

A pesar de ser una cadena, tiene su personalidad y es un lugar único en el norte de Inglaterra para comer las pie. Las cervezas estaban muy ricas y las pie estaban deliciosas y bien presentadas. Recomiendo reservar antes de ir.

Walked in recently with my heavily pregnant mother + asked for a table of 3, we were told there was an hour wait which is absolutely fine as we didn’t book, but instead we said we’d happily sit outside as nobody was sat there + the tables were not Reserved - which was refused by the waiter. I then asked not even for a coffee, to which he said that they aren’t allowed to serve drinks without food. (?) Left a very sour taste in my mouth; why have outdoor seats if you’re not allowed to use them? I’m still confused now to be honest + would appreciate if you could clarify why we were refused service. We’d been looking for a place to eat at for a while + was really excited to try this place so I was gutted. Really put a downer on the day.

Pies were very nice, dessert too and cocktails also very tasty.

These are not your average pies. Best I've had and the sides and the gravy were delicious. The piePA was great too. Highly recommend and definitely going again 10/10

직원들이 친절하고 가게 분위기도 좋았으나 파이는 가게에서 직접 만드는 게 아니라 주문받자마자 상자에서 이미 만들어져 있는걸 꺼내서 데워 주는 방식이었습니다. 맛있다고 해서 갔지만 미트파이라고 하면 상상할 수 있는 그 맛이고 특별히 찾아갈 만한 곳은 아닌 것 같네요
