Dry food and got my order wrong!

Grilled chicken was black, it seems the grills are not cleaned often or properly, disappointed considering the spend amount, the Wylde Green branch has good etiquette and levels above this one, felt like a waste of money here

Getting a takeway is not bad from Pepes, however its mainly down to whoever cooks your food. Sometimes they can pull off and grill the chicken good, other times its quite poor. Thats why I've given it a 3 star review overall. Aswell as that they need to work on the quality of chicken they provide when its been good. Mild flavour starting to taste like a bland version of pot noodles at times. Not worth the money as I feel it is overpriced.

it’s so cold in here. everytime i come have to tell them to put th heaters on. and they don’t. yet they have music on. have i come here to eat or listen to music and that also its freezing in here.

charged me for an extra chilli and mayo rvery timre i came in and i cime 3-4 times a week today while i was ordering they giving other oeiole sauce tubs for free i confronted the block and he all tgey had is attitude rather than an appoligy please see attacged reciept rip offs (in case you want to know anjum charged me)

I must say that was the most disgusting cheese burger I’ve had in my life hard taste like rubber burnt no flavour literally felt sick afterwards never again will I be eating there again
