I went here for the first time today, and I was flabbergasted by the poor service. I’m naturally a friendly person, so I walked in smiling and saying “hello”. I had never been here, so I didn’t know that it was self service. I smiled, while asking the 3 UNNECESSARILY RUDE young girls at the register “is it self serve”. They stoooed their extremely important conversation, all looked up at me and, 1 turned her head, the other rolled her eyes and the third, just gave me a blank stare. Finally, the 1 who rolled her eyes (the Asian girl) said “it’s self serve”. I then asked, “do you have more croissants in the back?”. Because there were only 2 left, and I didn’t want the last 2. They all stood there and stared at me. Then the Asian girl, told the white girl with the dark hair to go in the back and grab me 2 croissants. The girl proceeds to go to the self serve croissant station and grab the last 2. She came back, and I asked “are those the same 2 that were sitting there?”, she just stared at me. And the Asian girl says “yeah”. I’m confused, and trying not to be as rude as them- because my rude is a lot bigger! They’re all just standing there staring at me, in annoyance. I shouldn’t have purchased them, but I did and just walked out- knowing that I was going to leave this review! I have a VERY large social media platform, and I try not to go into doing reviews. But, maybe I should. Because, some establishments don’t deserve our business! You guys should really watch who you’re hiring! I will NEVER go here again! The rudeness was SO unnecessary!

This is my favorite Paris Baguette. They always have a good variety and fresh stuff. The atmosphere is good and the employees are helpful. Also the coffee is good.

Horrible cappuccino, it was the first time when I saw steam coming out of my coffee. It was complicated to taste cake after I burned my tongue but I think it was ok

If I could I would leave no stars I would but I have to leave a star in order to leave a review. This is the worst customer service and atmosphere of anywhere I have ever been. Their food's okay not wow by any means, I can make most baked goods there and better trust me I'm not a chef finally means but the people getting paid an hourly and tips for customer service have no clue what they're doing, don't care how you're doing and don't even care about anything going on in there. All they care about is their hourly and the tips that they're getting for no reason because once again as I mentioned have no idea what they're doing, extremely rude and can't do what they're supposed to be doing well at all. Do not order any delivery from them because it will not show up and then you have to get the run around for a refund. It was my mother's birthday I ordered a bunch of pastries to come to my house they never showed up , when I called to see where the food was nobody had a clue and nobody cared to help including management I'm getting my refund was it sure because as I mentioned earlier they give you the runaround. I asked a delivery driver to text me when he got here I was not texted so I don't even know if it's showed up or not and the girl answering the phone could not help me and didn't care to help me. If you don't want a constant headache please do not mess around with this company, they will become your biggest nightmare and I look forward to this company going bankrupt one day because with the way they are that's exactly where they're heading.

I used to go every Saturday with friends after our tennis game. The bakery is so good, but the problem is that there are no any manager and everything is in the hands of very young and inexperienced girls, and the coffee is no good, taste like water and also no warm enough. Should be fine to have somebody supervising everything, if not will loose clients because many people complaint about the coffee quality.
