Oh Sugar!

Came here with the kids and the staff where so friendly, they where rushed off their feet and even apologised about the 15-20 minute wait which I didn't think was long to even wait. The milkshakes where gorgeous. Lovely to have something like this in Kirkby ❤️

We went to oh sugar on 16th July We placed our order at 9.05 and was still waiting for it at 10 o clock The place shuts at 10 o clock Definitely won’t be returning Service is abysmal It wasn’t even busy, so no excuse for such bad service The delivery girl had been out twice and came back and we still hadn’t received our order Staff need to work on getting orders ready quicker
