My friend lost his coat here, and the owner did nothing about it. Didn’t even offer a basic apology at the VERY least. As you can see the owner replies to previous customers who have had a bad experience gaslighting them. As the reason why my friend did not write a review. Terrible management in my opinion, my friend has booked booths/ tables multiple times with extreme disorganization, in some cases having to wait upwards of a hour to get in. terrible customer service and I will not be coming here again. It’s childish that the manager chooses to respond to peoples bad reviews in a distasteful manner. I expect he will do the same here.
Yesterday I hosted a small group and Zak took care of us. He was kind and efficient as he gave everyone a number so they could pay their tab. I really appreciate him and the booking staff who helped me make this event possible. A few of us stayed after for dinner and we were all satisfied. We ordered fish & chips, salmon, Mac & cheese, and crispy chicken sandwich. All were tasty. I had a great first impression here. Thank you
