Jerusalem Shawarma - Royal Oak

Normally have a good experience but when I came last Friday Feb 23 the staff who assembled the sandwich was very impatient and got angry when I told him the order was incorrect. I had asked for beef not chicken. Will not come back anymore due to poor treatment.

Best Place ever! Food is amazing.

Three times in a row around 3 or 4 pm we have had the worst customer experience. First time I was the only customer. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The second time the men behind the food service were arguing and didn’t acknowledge us. About a month ago,experienced the same thing. My son thought they were putting their own lunches together so ignored us while once again they were arguing. I had to go to the cashier to ask for service while we were completely ignored.We have been to this place at least every second week since it opened and honestly I give up. Very stressful and very unwelcoming. edit I thought to give this place another try but am reading recent reviews about the staff arguing and just not caring about their job. Wish they would take these reviews to heart because I really did like this place and they don’t seem to reply to poor reviews like other restaurants do.

They are a big scammers .My son who is in grade 7 always go there to buy lunch .Today when my son go there he buy regular chicken shwarma and he pay 20 dollar the man who was in the till he said that cash register is not conected so no change return my son said ok then give me one coko more g he said ok but you have to pay one more dollar .what was that like how change is not available and top of that you want extra money for soda .So sad for this behaviour like seriously scamming the kids .4 dollar is not a big amount but really shamful behaviour .There is a black guy who did this i think owner havr to check this .

This franchise is normally where I would go for shawarma and donairs. The one in Ashton Square in Coventry Hills area used to be good too. But every time I've ordered here whether it was a plate, platter or a wrap, I've gotten sick each and everytime. This one specifically is where I caught the Noro virus. That was not fun. Unfortunately, I won't go back to this franchise anymore, I've found one where it supports someone local and it hasn't gotten me sick. I know people love this place. Maybe down the road I'll give it another chance, one day. Everything else otherwise is pretty good. Service is friendly, they expanded and took over the floral shop to make more room for seating, which is a plus.

Best place for yummy and lots of protein!

We just ordered the family shawarma platter .Very disappointed with the size seems like I paid $100.00 for salad and rice .Chicken quantity was so less not even enough for one person . Really Diasappointed as I have to order again from other place for the dinner .
