My fiancé ordered, jerk chicken with rice & peas & brown strew chicken with hard food, we received a message to say the food arrived which it hadn’t, when the food eventually arrived, there was no hard food, he also asked for large portion & got small for both meals… they claimed they called my fiancé but no missed call… I think their service is absolutely appalling & it’s not the first time my fiancé has had incorrect orders received, unfortunately they have lost valid customer due to lack of customer service skills & shear ignorance!

Absolutely the worse Caribbean takeaway. The food doesn't look or taste Caribbean. Just plain awsul

I visited this establishment in March 2024. Ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and it came with vegetables. It was amongst the worst dish i have ever purchased. The container was stuffed with rice leaving no room for the meat and vegetables. After asking for some of the rice to be removed a few scanty pieces of unseasoned oxtail with watery gravey was placed on top with no consideration that the rice below would be completely dry. I can eat rice and peas on its own, however it's more enjoyable when it is flavoursome. The portion size was disappointing even more so when it cost £10. I hope this establishment recognises that people will pay for quality and quality is what their customers deserve. I however, feel ripped off. This establishment offers a very large and varied menu. My advice would be to offer less variety but what you do offer do it well. On the plus side the staff are nice.

Can’t fault the customer service however I purchased 2 portions of plantain and after arriving home I could tell they had been sitting there for Atleast a week. They were rock solid and even after heating were still inedible.

Last week I ordered pea soup which was burnt and yesterday I had ox tail which was to hard to eat so we put it in the bin. Food should be checked before giving out to the customers

Just want to say I tried the food for the ist time today . Absolutely beautifull food . I will recommend to my friends and family. I see on a recent review that someone had to wait a while for food id rather wait for fresh food and it certainly was . and I take my hat of to the ladies that work there to make all them dishes that they make. Catering is a very hard job and it's never thanked for the hard work . I just want to say thanks ladies your doing a great job and I will return again From Trina x 5 years on still having food from here and it's absolutely beautiful keep up the lovely service and beautiful food you cook. I love it and will return again and again x
