Beautiful simple yet rich and wonderous serving, excellent wine pairing and some of the best service I have had in Scotland. Expensive, but worth it

We enjoyed the ten course tasting with wine pairings. It was amazing- creative and delicious food, attentive service by Peter, Edith, and Seylah(?). The wine pairings chosen and explained by Phil were top notch. The speed of service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you so much.

Food was incredible and the service was so good. Pete was very lovely. My favourite dish was the scallop!

Phenomenal inventive food, fantastic attentive staff and completely unpretentious. Highly recommend. Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy fully catered for after advising the restaurant at time of booking. Nice to be adventurous and not to have to worry about it.

Fantastic experience in an incredible restaurant with incredible staff. The 10 course tasting menu was an absolute delight! Would do it all again in a heartbeat, can't wait to see what's in store for this restaurant

Absolutely beautiful experience, food and wine was fantastic, it was such a great menu. My partner and I enjoyed our anniversary there, and we received a beautiful personal card from the staff. Unfortunately, we left it on the table as we were leaving!

We had a fantastic evening at Fhior with the 7 course tasting menu. We asked to split the wine flight which the team very obligingly did - meaning we both to enjoy got the lovely flavour matching of the wine to go with the food without getting pie-eyed by the end! The food was fantastic, beautifully plated and the staff were so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the soundtrack in the background - helped created the sense that this was serious cooking but not taken too seriously. It is expensive so not something we'll do often, but definitely worth the investment.
