Disappointed with “poor” customer service

Really good food however I don’t think AA ( African Americans) are welcomed .

IMO - best Thai food within 1,000 miles of Seattle. Always super busy. Small dining area so expect to wait if you want to dine in. We usually order to go. The shirmp tom yum, spring rolls, and chicken pad thai are amazing.

Not great, lacking flavor. Pad thai is syrupy, no spice

Thai Tom will likely have a line outside. Don't be discouraged because you will be rewarded with excellent Thai food at a reasonable price. I had the Pad See You Again, and it was very delicious. The wings were over fried. I wouldn't order it again. The Penanag curry was also good.

I have had a ton of Thai food,Thai Tom is absolutely the best. When I start saying “WOW” after each bite, that’s when I know it’s the BEST.

Terrible customer service. The waitress seems to not welcome customers at all. The line is long, no water and the portion is small. I would not come back myself and would not recommend it. Save yourself a hassle and look for a place that you can actually sit down, relax and enjoy your food.
