There no sauce or napkins in the waiting area. They cheap out of customers these days. It's hard to ask for condements if there are super slam and busy. Also dirty they don't clean the tables after people.
On 1/26/24 at 1221 am, I pull up to the ordering menu they say "We will take your order in a minute" I respond with "No Problem". I wait about 7 minutes, figured they were busy. At 1229 am they get back on the intercom kinda snicker and say "we are closed." I responded with "What?!" He said "we normally close and 230am but we are short staffed so we have to close early and we need to clean." I left. Few minutes later I tried to call and they where talking in a kids voice. Obviously this place is having issues with mature and professional staff. That falls on managment and/or owners. I wish I would have read the terrible reviews before I went here.
The Crew was very unhelpful, disrespectful and rude
Worthless lazy workers. Refused to let me order more food at the window, didn't give me a receipt and didn't give me all my food. And what I did get was cold. Management must be as worthless as the workers.
I raised concerns about inaccurate menu prices, but got inconsistent communication through the drive-through. No explanation for their mislabeling, no verbal apology. I did not ask for a discount or reimbursement for their error, but an acknowledgment would be a courtesy. They don’t care about service, transparency or accuracy, they’re happy to just get you on your way with a fake smile and the wrong price
