The employee name Kathy had a mean look on her face and was really rude to another customer as I was waiting in my orders the time of day was approximately 6:55 p.m. if your a manager or upper management you will see it on your footage here is a picture of her
My favourite eatery in Union Station. The stromboli and pizza by the slice is pretty good. Reasonable prices too. They have vegetarian options in all items.
Great place for a quick snack or complete meal. Much more than just pizza. Pizza's are thick crust. Vegie pizza is great. And some of the salads and pasta dishes are better than the pizzas. Seating is very limited - it's a pass though train station after all. Later: Google map location is WRONG. It is right in the main station close to the Chicago River a block east of where Google map shows it. I fixed it a few times but they keep putting it back in the wrong place. Some "off shore" contractor knows better than the people who are here every day!
Until about a couple weeks ago they were always open on time and the food ready to start your day, the last couple weeks it's anywhere from 10-20 minutes till they open or food is ready. They might need to change their hours if they can't be open and ready to serve on the posted time
Really good food. Better than most Sbarros. I ordered too much though and I had to leave it because my train probably wouldn't have a fridge. Some lady dug it out of the trash and enjoyed it. Just shows how good sbarro really is.
Excelente atención, en especial de la señorita que nos cobro (Lupita). Pizza y acompañamientos muy ricos.
Worst pizza i ever had, all bread/dough, and about 1/8 inch of actual toppings. I picked off the toppings and threw out the rest. They make it look good, but is 90% dough.
Sausage, eggs, potatoes and breadstick for breakfast. Just right as always.
