It was an absolute joy to eat at Pasta by Hudson. The owner was friendly and the atmosphere in the dining room was ethereal, beautiful and romantic. The food was delicious. We got the restaurant week pre-fixe menu which was varied while still being representative of the restaurant's offerings. I had the carbonara which was a reinterpretation of the original dish, homemade gemelli pasta topped with perfectly crispy bacon and a fried egg. For dessert we shared the salted chocolate chip cookies and flour less chocolate cake. Both were amazing, the cookie was soft and rich with the perfect amount of flaked sea salt. The cake was decadent without being overwhelming. The star of the show was the appetizer, cheese stuffed meatballs. Perfectly cooked meat and a generous helping of cheese in a fresh tomato sauce with shredded basil. We'll absolutely be going back to this beautiful restaurant to try more of the menu and enjoy the ambiance!
Mid. I don't understand the high ratings. Only tried the pasta. greasy / bland.
Really delicious pasta for reasonable prizes and super nice staff
Staff was friendly and welcoming. They did forget some parts of our order and we found a hair in our food. Pasta itself was underwhelming.
Food was really tasty. Great pizza and great pasta, but was pretty disappointed with how everything was served in plastic takeout containers. Plastic forks and spoons, plastic cups—not sustainable at all, especially because we dined in.
Food was amazing, great service from Rachel. Don't skip this one!
Great thin crust pizza but the baked mafaldine white Bolognese is so damn good
