The missed key ingredients in my sandwich and the staff were not kind

This Panera has let me down so much. Me and my mother both have celiac disease so we CANNOT eat any gluten. We had to replace her soup because they were out of a lot that night. We asked what soups were gluten free and they proceeded to tell us that the only soups that weren’t was the chicken noodle and veggie soup. We asked multiple times if the broccoli cheddar was gluten free and every time they said yes, which is completely false. If we didn’t search it up before we ordered we could have gotten very sick. I also received a chicken salad with very frozen chicken. Looked and tasted like it had been in the freezer for weeks before. Honestly I was scared I might get food poisoning. I always used to think very highly of Panera, but after this, my attitude has changed.

Our family enjoyed lunch here after visiting the Convention Center. We had different salads, mac n' cheese, a sandwich and drinks. The food was good, typical Panera Bread quality. They appeared to be short-staffed, and no one was at the counter to take orders. We had to place 4 separate online orders, which came at different times. Some of us got text alerts or heard our name shouted at pickup. Others had to go hunting for their order.

My mobile order of a large Yuzu Mango drink wasn't ready until I asked the order status even though it wasn't busy at all. Yuzu Mango drnk's taste issue is not only this location. Recent change of the taste is horrible. If the taste is not come back, I may cancel the membership because no worth for the poor tastes of SIP.
