Hibiki Sushi

Authentic Japanese ramen at good prices.

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent and very fresh. I highly recommend trying their specialty rolls, particularly the Burn Your Stomach roll. It has the perfect balance of spice and flavor. The lychee margarita is also a must-try. However, the service can be slow as there appears to be only one server and a host. If you are very hungry, I suggest sitting at the bar for faster service. Despite this, it remains one of my favorite sushi spots.

Second visit and this is now our favorite sushi restaurant. Two superb experiences. Food is freshly prepared. My husband loves the calamari and the Frankie sushi. I only eat deep fried sushi and it's by far the best I've had in DFW. The owner, Jin, very pleasantly made a suggestion when I wanted specific items in my sushi roll and remembered us when we came back. Amazing customer service. 10/10⭐ Give them a try, you will become regulars like we now are.

Great spot with super reasonable prices. The Hamachi Kama is the best at a fantastic price.
