Great pizza and the meatballs are amazing
Got the most senile server named Parker, waited 10 minutes to be seated when the resturant wasnt busy and then waited another 20 just for drinks just to be told by a busser that he would be over "shortly"
The absolute worst wait staff I’ve ever encountered.
I'm not sure where to start. We ordered the special pizza and added banana peppers. I'm not sure where any of the meat was. Think there may have been a couple of pieces of pepperoni right of the crust. There was more sauce than anything. The center of the pizza was still cold. Ordered a salad never got it. First time being here. I'm not sure if I'd go back. The atmosphere was good and clean. The server was so so. Kinda was pretty bummed with the pizza. Was told by a couple of people that it's amazing.
We went to Giordano's with friends. After the expected 45 minutes for a Chicago style pizza, ours came out. 10 minutes later, our friends' pizza came out all wrong. The waitress had keyed it in wrong. 45 minutes later, the right order came out. We were already done eating and had our pizza boxed up by the time theirs came out. Hardly the night out with friends evening we were looking for. Our friends' pizza was comped, but ours wasn't although the evening was ruined for ALL of us. The waitress never came back to the table after the debacle. She sent someone else to deal with us. Horrible night out.
If every deep dish looks the same, how do you know who's pizza is who's?
Used to go to the Giordano's near Roger's Park in Chicago. Great there, great here. I love that we can get deep dish pizza in Columbus.
It's 1pm on a Sunday afternoon and the music is loud and annoying. It's gave me a headache with the constant same music, same vocal stylings, it's GD relentless. I feel like I'm in a club. Conversation and enjoyment of food is difficult. Music should be for everyone, not just a select group of people. I will never come back here, which is too bad because the food is very good
